- Sub-division Project Management: Coordinating members of the professional team and contractor to ensure scheduled project timely completion, while exercising control during site works to ensure that projected budget is not surpassed.
- Design of Underground Infrastructure: Utilizing the specifications of the utility companies i.e. Water Authority, Caribbean Utilities Company, and Information Technology to provide systems that are customized to the developer’s need, while streamlining the systems for installation. Provide full CAD drawing complete with specifications and guidelines for installation.
- Excavation: Utilizing our specialized Trenching Machine to excavate trenches for underground services while maintaining a cost effective use of the recycled material.
- Civil Works: Utilizing the latest technology in the construction of concrete structures i.e. holding tanks, sidewalk, earthworks, management of site clearing and filling and more.
- Reinstatement: Reinstating excavations in existing roadways to the specification of the National Roads Authority (NRA).
